750m swim and 20km bike
Swim – 750m
The swim takes place in the Upper River Liffey. The course will be a mixture of swimming upstream and downstream. Water is quality controlled for safety and the start is well supervised for the utmost in safety.
Bike – 20km
The bike course consists of a fun and technical multi-lap route in and out of the famous and beautiful Phoenix Park.

If you are not a TI member you will need to register free of charge prior to entering any events.
