Super sprint race details - Sunday 30th August - (600m swim/16km cycle/4km run)
Closed Published May 26th, 2009 in NewsDublin city triathlon is delighted to offer the following incentives to encourage athletes to enter the super sprint race (600m swim/16km cycle/4km run)
1. 11 week sprint specific training program available by email request to info@dublincitytriathlon.com.
2. Q&A session with experienced Piranha triathletes re how to train/prepare for and what to expect on the race day (details to be posted at a later date).
3. Super sprint will have Women only wave with incentives from Women in Sport.
4. Runways organized Wednesday evening running sessions in Docklands throughout June to help you keep to the training schedule (details to be posted later).
5. Discount on 2010 membership for all super sprint entrants who choose to sign up with the Piranha club after hopefully catching the “triathlon bug”!.
6. A practice open water swim will be organised by experienced Piranha triathletes in the months of June/July - details will be emailed to all registered entrants in advance of the actual open date

NB While details are still being finalised - the cycle route on the attached video is very similar to the final course route for the Olympic cycle/run routes with the super sprint only 2 laps of the bike course and 1 lap of the run.
